Built for Neurodivergent Minds
Last updated: August 14, 2026
ProcrastiBUDS is built with you in mind. That shapes everything: the bright-but-calm design, the need to see time clearly, the relief of turning a chaotic brain into a simple list, and the power of sharing progress with someone who gets it.
Today, ProcrastiBUDS is designed to support a wide range of neurodivergent needs — including ADHD, Autism, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), anxiety, depression, OCD, and executive-function differences. It is not a medical treatment or replacement for professional care, but it is a daily tool built to reduce friction, prevent pile-ups, and make life feel more manageable.

Features that help every day
Task initiation, made smaller
Big tasks are overwhelming. Quick Capture breaks them into tiny steps, AI drafts suggest where to start, and recurring reminders keep the ball rolling without nagging.
Time blindness, clocked
Calendar, 7-day schedule, and countdown widgets make time visible. Payday, appointments, medications, and routines all appear together so nothing slips into the void.
Medication & health tracking
Meds, doses, times, refills, and adherence logs live in one place. Reminders are scheduled server-side so they reach you across devices, even when the app is closed.
Social accountability without shame
Buds, pods, and family accounts let you share progress with people you trust. Visibility is always opt-in, and privacy masking keeps sensitive details hidden by default.
Focus tools that match your brain
Focus Timer, quiet-hours, and zone-based layouts help you protect attention and recover from overstimulation. The app gently nudges, never screams.
Money, tamed
Bills, income, work schedules, IOUs, and subscriptions are tracked in one Money pulse. Bills that slipped by can still be marked paid, and estimated paychecks are broken down so surprises shrink.
Buddy Accounts for young neurodivergent users
Parents and guardians can create child accounts with custom permissions, allowance, and routines. Kids get their own login and goals, while guardians stay in the loop.
Dopamine, designed in
Streaks, achievements, trophies, games, and a friendly mascot make ordinary life feel a little more rewarding. Progress is celebrated, not interrogated.
Design choices that reduce cognitive load
One-tap capture: Add a task, bill, med, or idea from almost anywhere without filling out a long form.
Clear zones: Home, Life, Money, Buds, Health, and AI are color-coded so your brain always knows where to go.
Smart defaults: Recurring items, reminders, and quiet hours are set up automatically and can be fine-tuned later.
Plain language: AI responses and app labels are written to be conversational, not clinical or corporate.
No shame: Missed tasks roll forward without judgment. The app adapts, not scolds.
A safe place for support
Your data is yours. Sharing is opt-in. You choose who sees your progress, and you can leave any pod or revoke any buddy connection at any time. For users under guardianship, Buddy Accounts give parents and caregivers the tools to support without taking over.
Frequently asked questions
Is ProcrastiBUDS a medical or therapy app?
No. It is an everyday LifeOS. It helps you keep track of tasks, routines, medications, money and people, but it does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a licensed professional.
How does it help with ADHD specifically?
ADHD often makes starting tasks and sensing time hard. Quick Capture takes a thought out of your head in seconds, big tasks get broken into small steps, and calendars, countdowns and payday markers make time visible. Streaks and recaps give the feedback an ADHD brain tends to look for.
What makes it autism-friendly?
Predictable structure and low sensory noise. Routines and schedules look the same every day, labels are plain-language, colour zones stay consistent, and you can turn off animations, sounds and busy visuals. Nothing changes location on you without warning.
How does it support people with BPD or intense emotions?
Mood check-ins build a private record of patterns and triggers over time, journaling stays private until you choose to share, and relationship notes help you reflect before reacting. Daily briefings add a steady rhythm to days that feel chaotic.
What is buddy accountability and how does it work?
A bud is someone you invite — a friend, partner, parent or roommate. You choose exactly what they can see: a shared task, a chore in a pod, a goal, or nothing at all. When you share a task, both of you see it and either can mark it done, so following through feels like teamwork instead of willpower.
Can my bud see my private information?
Only what you deliberately share. Sharing is opt-in per item, sensitive details are masked by default, and you can revoke a bud or leave a pod at any time without losing your own data.
Is it safe for kids and teens?
Yes. Buddy Accounts are created by a parent or guardian with their own email and password, and the guardian sets permissions, allowance and who the child can connect with. Buddy horoscopes and messages are kept generic, positive and age-appropriate.
Do I have to use the AI features?
No. Every AI feature is optional. You can use the calendar, tasks, meds and money tools with the AI turned off entirely.
Will reminders reach me if the app is closed?
Yes. Reminders for medications, bills, appointments and routines are scheduled on our servers and sent as push notifications, and they respect your quiet hours.
