Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to hold your own account. Parents and guardians may create and manage linked child accounts and are responsible for the activity on them. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.

You choose who you connect with. Buds can find you by username, account ID, email, or phone number, and sharing happens only when you invite someone or share an item. Do not abuse, harass, impersonate, or send unwanted messages to other users, and do not use the service for unlawful activity or interfere with the app's operation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

IntelliBUDS AI powers daily briefings, quick capture, planning and rescheduling, weekly recaps, Cosmic Compass readings, quizzes and in-app actions. AI output can be wrong. Actions that change your data are presented as drafts for you to confirm. AI features are provided as organization and entertainment tools — not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Medication tracking, adherence logs, refill reminders, check-ins, assessments, and wellbeing resources are organizational aids only and do not replace professional care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.

Bills, income, paydays, shared bills, IOUs, subscriptions, savings goals, forecasts and optional bank connections are informational. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice, and we never move money on your behalf.

New accounts start with a 14-day Premium+ trial. After the trial, accounts revert to the free Basic plan unless you subscribe to Premium or Premium+. Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are at the Company's discretion. AI features require an active Premium or Premium+ plan.

You control which reminders you receive and how often. Reminders are scheduled server-side so they arrive across your devices, and quiet hours are respected. Delivery depends on your device and operating system, so we cannot guarantee every notification arrives on time.

Multiplayer games, quizzes, assessments, Cosmic Compass readings are for entertainment only. Do not treat results as factual claims about any person.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

The ProcrastiBUDS logo, banner, mascots, illustrated characters, artwork, names and overall design are original creative works owned by the Company. They are stylized, fictional creations and are not intended to depict, represent, endorse, or impersonate any actual person, living or dead, or any real entity, brand, or organization. Any resemblance or similarity of likeness, name, appearance, or characteristic to any real person, living or dead, is entirely coincidental and unintentional. No association, affiliation, or endorsement by any real individual should be inferred from the app's characters or artwork. If you believe any artwork resembles you and wish to raise a concern, contact legal@procrastibuds.com and we will review it in good faith.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
