ProcrastiBUDS ("we", "us") is operated by Weatherby and Associates, Inc., a Missouri Corporation. The whole point of this app is sharing life with your best buds — so you stay in control of what is shared, with whom, and when. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account info: email, display name, preferred first name, username, phone (optional), profile and cover photos.
Life data you enter: tasks, appointments, events, notes and memos, habits, work schedule, goals.
Financial data you enter: bills, income and paydays, savings, shared bills, IOUs, subscriptions, and optional bank-connection data.
Health data you enter: medications, doses, schedules, adherence logs, refills, and check-ins.
Social data: buds, pods, family/child links, accountability check-ins, game sessions, and private messages you send.
Device & usage data: app version, theme and widget settings, notification preferences and push tokens.

How we use it

To run the features you use: schedule, calendar, reminders, bud check-ins, shared bills, pods and messaging.
To send the reminders and notifications you have enabled, on the schedule and quiet hours you set.
To generate AI output you request through IntelliBUDS AI (briefings, plans, recaps, readings, reports).
To improve the app and respond to support requests.

Sharing & privacy masking

Nothing is shared with a bud, pod, or family member unless you share it. Accountability views and leaderboards use a privacy-masking layer that shows progress without exposing the underlying details of your tasks, health, or finances. You can unshare or leave a pod at any time.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data.
We never share your financial or health details with advertisers.
We never contact your buds without your action.

IntelliBUDS AI & AI features

AI features are opt-in and only run when you ask for them (or when you turn on a recurring feature like the daily briefing). When you use them, the relevant details you entered are sent to our AI provider to generate that output. IntelliBUDS AI does not search public records, social media, or the live web about you — it works from what you type into the app. AI actions that change your data are shown as drafts for you to confirm.

Cosmic Compass readings are entertainment features. You can turn AI personalization off for a basic zodiac-only reading with no personal details sent, and you can delete your Cosmic Compass profile and every past reading with one tap.

Children's accounts

Child accounts are created and managed by a linked parent or guardian, who can view and help manage the child's tasks, reminders, and health items. We do not use children's data for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

You may delete your account from Settings at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, and backup copies are purged within 90 days.

Cosmic Compass readings auto-delete on a schedule you choose (7, 30, 90 days, or 1 year — default 90).
